Tetrazzini’s Last Hurrah
Comedy: 3 M
Teddy, we’re brothers. If we can’t tell each other that we hate each other, who can?
Two estranged brothers meet by chance while traveling to New York City to see the last concert of a dying opera singer. They haven’t seen each other in twenty years, and if they had it their way, they wouldn’t see each other for another twenty.
Fate binds this hapless pair together; they open old scars and, just for good measure, rip up a few new ones. And as they make their way through the brambles, traps, and fearsome beasts of the urban jungle, they learn that perhaps their shared childhood grievances may be what actually bring them together.
Now that that’s settled, how will they ever make curtain? How, indeed.
